Supporter walks 500 miles for AICM

July 30th, 2009

Alessandra Thomas has walked 500 miles to support the work of AICM.  Alessandra has now concluded her long walk and has raised about £500 for AICM.  In her own words:

The thing that remains special is how many friends were eager to arrange walks with me on weekends and in their spare time.  Most people seem so busy nowadays that they don’t have time to stop and smell the roses anymore, so it was a revelation for so many of them to go out and walk in the woods.  Walking is good for the soul… at least I think so.

Our heartfelt thanks to Alessandra and all the friends who walked with her.

Thanks for the work you are doing, really these people need help to come out, am also making some research on why these batwa people have remained backward, I need really some good knowledge about it. Am grateful for the work and I think God will reward you, let’s co-operate to bring them up.
