Treasurer walks across England for AICM!

John Tapper, Treasurer of The Friends of AICM recently completed an 85 mile walk across England from Tynemouth on the Tyne to Bowness on the Solway Forth to raise money for AICM.  Join was accommpanied for most of his trek by his wife, Liz, also a Trustee of The Friends of AICM and for the whole route by his faithful dog Penny.

The first third of the route was in the environs of Newcastle, then many miles across the Pennines with wonderful views (picture taken on the Pennines), then down into Cumbria for soft and rolling countryside leading down to the Irish Sea.
