AFRICAN INTERNATIONAL CHRISTIAN MINISTRY (AICM) is a Ugandan organisation (NGO) run by Ugandan Christians for the benefit of other Africans.

The Friends of AICM are a charity registered with the English Charity Commission. Formed in 1983 the ‘Friends’ share the vision of AICM and aim to support their invaluable work in Uganda through the provision of financial support.

By working through community groups and local authorities, AICM identifies local needs and initiates essential community projects. This fulfils AICM’s principle of achieving self-sufficiency through self-help.

The patron of the Friends of AICM is The Most Reverend John Sentamu, Archbishop of York.
